If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our management team by emailing info@rmtechnologies.in. We commit to resolving all disputes amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be handled per the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) within the timelines specified above.
