Welcome to RM Technologies (rmtechnologies.in). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to RM Technologies, a technology division of Rajesh Masala Udyog Private Limited (CIN: U15490UP2020PTC127010)
• "Client" refers to any individual or organization engaging our services
• "Services" refers to all technology services offered by RM Technologies including data engineering, web development, AI/ML, cloud, and consulting
• "Website" refers to rmtechnologies.in

2. Services

RM Technologies provides enterprise technology services including but not limited to data engineering, web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud & DevOps, IT consulting, and staff augmentation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Engagement & Contracts

All project engagements require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or contract before work begins. The SOW will include:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property ownership
• Confidentiality obligations

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Standard terms: 50% advance, 50% on delivery (for fixed-price projects)
• Monthly billing for dedicated team and T&M engagements
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client IP

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.

5.2 Company IP

RM Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in project delivery. We may use anonymized project insights for marketing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We offer NDA signing before detailed project discussions upon request. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for 3 years.

7. Warranties & Limitations

• We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
• We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after project delivery
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, user growth, etc.)
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
• All deliverables completed up to that point are transferred to the client
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

9. Website Usage

• You may browse our website for informational purposes
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission
• You may not use automated tools to scrape website data
• We reserve the right to modify website content at any time

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold RM Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of delivered services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
